Jim is a faithful leader, devoted husband, and loving father. He and his wife, Nancy, are passionate about seeing lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ. After a career in retail sales, management and logistics, he transitioned to full-time ministry. Licensed and ordained by the ICFG, he began his ministry career in WV serving as Associate Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Interim Senior Pastor. He has served as Senior Pastor of Surrendered (formerly Compass Point Chapel) since July of 2017.

Nancy is a caring and compassionate leader whose passion is to see people, not only accept, but fully embrace all that is available to them in Christ. She longs to see women free of the effects of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, and societal stereotypes, and live empowered by the Holy Sprit. When you hear her testimony, you too, will be moved to follow her into the life God has planned for you! 

Elizabeth received her pastoral licensing from the ICFG in March of 2024 and fulfills the role of Executive and NextGen Pastor at Surrendered. It is her passion in ministry to see the next generation know and experience who their Savior and Lord is in Jesus Christ; and to begin living set apart from today's culture. Elizabeth and Tim are in the process of becoming foster parents and look forward to serving the community in a new way. Some of the things Elizabeth loves includes serving with her husband in ministry, being a dog & cat mom to Ella, Daisy, and George, reading, board games, business meetings, creating budgets, and Christmas. Tim serves Surrendered church in multiple roles.  You may see him playing guitar on stage, or running slides for a sermon, or you may even catch him taking photos of the congregation.  He has a desire to serve those around him.  He has a heart to see people experience true freedom in Christ (Rom. 8:1-2).  This is because he has experienced true freedom from generational curses, mental health, and physical ailments through Christ.  If you want to hear all that God has done, just ask and Tim is more than happy to share!
